Vision Academy

This one-week camp is designed to provide fun activities that promote independence for teenagers and adults with no or low vision. Campers are introduced to different low vision technologies and learn orientation and mobility skills.  

The Basics

Signal Centers' Vision Academy offers a unique summer camp for teens and young adults ages 16 and up.

A Week at Camp

Campers can participate in recreational activities such as cooking, canoeing, horseback riding, and other community outings. These activities encourage peer bonding, which promotes increased confidence.
